The girlfriend of the founder of Balco and San Francisco’s Bay Area Laboratory Co-Operative told court that he sold Barry Bonds steroids. This is a nail in the coffin for the steroid induced  Barry Bonds homeruns. Bonds was not the only athlete who the founder of Balco sold drugs to. Others include once famed cyclist Tammy Thomas. This is another example of why business and an intimate relationship should be kept separate. Not everyone will end up having to use former conversations in court but it could happen. Patrick Arnold is the name of the guy that created THG which was bought and sold under the Balco name.

Who would have thought Bonds record breaking homerun would be the catalyst in a perjury trial that has dragged on so long. Balco has been in legal trouble for even longer with court hearings that date back to 5.5 years ago. Will this further taint Barry Bonds homeruns?
