Is anyone besides me just plain sick and tired of all of the trash-talking about Barry Bonds Homeruns?

You know, the usual trash you hear when you're out with the boys and some bone head starts yammering on and on about how none of those Barry Bonds homeruns should count?

And then, they go on and on about the steroid problem in baseball, and all of the allegations, and the allegations against some of the latest and greatest--at some point you just want them to shut up about the whole thing.

I mean, I don't know for sure who was involved in the steroid scandal nor will I point fingers, yet the average knuckle head you meet (on a rant about Barry Bonds homeruns) when you're out with the boys certainly has no proof or any genuine support to back up their loud-mouthed allegations--and yet they point their smelly fingers left and right.

Leave Barry Bonds alone. If and when, and if ever, any proof is brought up to substantiate any or all of the ugly rumors in baseball, that's when I'll have to make a value judgment about Barry Bonds homeruns, but to just randomly point fingers and throw out allegations--it's just not right.

After all, Barry Bonds should be respected, as his homeruns are some of the most beautiful things to watch--especially if you own a Barry Bonds Homerun Video or two. I mean--he was the man! He had the sweetest stroke ever, and a truly explosive connection--he was just flat out entertaining to watch--a grand master of the swing!
